Defective products

We are very confident in the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged, will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product without any additional charge to the buyer.

In such an instance, you must email us at within five (5) business days from when you took delivery of your order to receive directions about the return procedure for the defective product. Please be advised that you may be asked to provide evidence of the product’s defect/damage (e.g. by sending photographs).

Defective or damaged products are replaced by identical products. If the same product is no longer available, upon agreement with the buyer it will be replaced by a product of equal value of the buyer’s choice, or the equivalent amount will be credited to the buyer’s account and will be available for future purchases within three (3) months from the date of return.

The e-shop does not have a warrantee policy and does not accept any liability for any damages to products as a result of natural wear and tear, misuse, or destruction upon opening/removing the packaging/tags.

For the return of any defective product, it is necessary to fill in the Return Form available on our website.

Order cancellation

If during the process of placing an order online you wish to cancel your order, you may simply click on “cancel” in the online order form to stop the process.

If you wish to cancel your order after you have completed the online order process and submitted it, you must contact us as soon as possible at (+30) 2310 223373. An order cannot be cancelled if it has already been dispatched.

Returns policy

We believe that our products will fully meet your expectations. If, for whatever reason, you are not pleased with your order, you may return some or all of the products that you ordered within five (5) business days from the date of delivery (courier service receipt).

Please note: For hygiene and integrity reasons, fragrances and personal care products cannot be returned for any reason. Products that may be returned are reed diffusers, oils and floral waters.

For products to be acceptable for return, they must be whole in their original packaging, never been used, altered or worn in any way, and accompanied by their original packaging/tags in perfect condition, exactly as received, together with the relevant receipt. If you wish to return any products, you must first contact us at to receive directions.

Our e-shop does not provide refunds under any circumstances. If the replacement product that you wish to order is not available, the amount of the returned order is credited to your account and may be used for future purchases within three (3) months from the date of return.

In any instance of a product return under the customer/buyer’s responsibility, the return shipping cost for the products shall burden the buyer. The cost of shipping for the replacement products shall burden
